It seems Windows, BeOS and now Linux (via "altprintcommand" and, e.g., kprint)
have a kind of "Page Setup" for printing, but checking the source code,
it looks like Mac still does not.
Anyone want to look into this before 0.9.15 comes out?
(Uh... are there even any Mac OS X folks still lurking here!? :^) )
