Allow text to be pasted into Tux Paint; the text tool should activate, and the current clipboard text should be used as the text. The user will then be able to (re)position it, change font/size/color, and finally apply with [Enter] or [Tab].

Pasting possible via Ctrl+V (Command-V on macOS) or via a new "Paste" button in the on-screen keyboard. Word-wraps on spaces or plan ASCII dashes ("-") if it can. Truncates if it hits the bottom of the canvas. Sufficient to close this ticket, I think! Only took 17 years! :P
