#285 Add Tux tips when interacting with controls that lack them
When utilizing the following controls, Tux (at the bottom of the screen) does not explain what they are or what they do. This should be rectified!
- Stamps -> Rotation mode on/off
- Stamps -> Mirror [current stamp]
- Stamps -> Flip [current stamp]
- Label -> Apply (flatten) label
(There may be others, but I haven't spotted them during a quick glance just now.)
