#281 Idea: 3-transparent-disc style color picker

A color picker that involves a multi-step process of virtually manipulating the following:

• three transparent discs stacked on top of each other, each with a gradient of color-to-transparent (red, yellow, and blue)
• a stationary solid white background

Each disc may be rotated individually, then a color may be chosen from within the circle formed by the background + discs.
