#270 Blend modes

A way to "paint" colors onto the canvas using different blend modes, such as Multiply and Screen.

Ideas:
* an option to the Paint and Lines tools (ugh, complication),
* additional tool(s) like the Paint tool, which use the regular brushes (ugh more tools)
* magic tool (no support for brushes)
