#266 "Emitter" Maigc tools (stars, hearts, others?)

A set of Magic tools that "emit" shapes as you drag. The shapes appear large near the mouse, but quickly shrink leaving a trail that disappears (similar to Ribbon tool). Five-pointed stars, sparkles, and hearts are some ideas for shapes.
