#252 Tools for drawing with axonometric projection (isometric, dimetric, trimetric)

Magic tools, similar to the N-point Perspective tools, for drawing objects with axonometric projection. That is, a line-drawing that only allows lines to be drawn at certain angles allowed by the projection chosen. In some cases, options would be available to adjust how things are drawn (similar to "N-Point Select" vs "N-Point Draw").

• Isometric - Vertical (90 and 270 degrees), and the four diagonal directions 60 degrees off from vertical (30, 150, 210, and 330 degrees)
• Dimetric - Similar to isometric, but we would want to allow the user to choose a single angle shared by both diagonals (if it was 120 it would replicate isometric)
• Trimetric - Similar to both, but the user can choose both of diagonals' angles (if both were 120, it would replicate isometric)
