#206 File sorting in tuxpaint

hi there,
my friend Andreitekent(dot)nl uses tuxpaint for 10 years on his Tobii computer. he has no control of his body but he can draw with his eyes using his eyetracking device.
he is wondering if "Sort file by last created" can be added to tuxpaint's file browser.

Changing the order to "last created first" is quite easy.
I wonder if this should be the default instead of adding a new config option.

@perepujal I'd prefer to not change default behavior, and do provide this as an optional setting.

I can work on it at some point. Maybe not for 0.9.27, since my free time will become a bit more limited soon. We'll see. :-/

This will be in 0.9.28, accessible via:
* --reversesort command-line option
* reversesort=yes config file option
* Tux Paint Config. -> Saving -> More Saving Options -> Reverse Sort
