A magic tool that takes the image, shrinks it by 1/4th, and repeats it 4 times (2x2 grid). It'd be useful for drawing a background once, and creating a 4-panel comic out of it, to draw on.

That was easy; just utilized Perspective/Zoom code and added a new, one-click tool that does what was needed.
