Allow the images selected in the Open -> Slideshow screen to be exported as an animated GIF. It would need to go somewhere default.

https://github.com/lecram/gifenc -- simple, handles animated GIFs, and is public domain. However, not packaged, so I'll probably just have to roll it into Tux Paint's source.
