Bug Description: Tuxpaint software does not gives you an option to cancel or take you back to the main screen while you try to modify an already saved file. For example, if you try to print an image, tuxpaint gives a user two options, one is "yes, print it" other is "No, take me back". However, when you try to modify an already saved file, it gives you two options, "Yes, replace the old file" and "No, Save a new file!".
Expected Behavior: The expected behavior of tuxpaint must be to give three options when tried to modify an already saved file. They should be:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0 GHz

Operating System: Windows XP Service Pack 3
Tuxpaint version: 0.9.21

OS Regression: The bug seems to be reproducible on both XP, linux ubuntu. I have a system with multiple operating system so I tried doing that.
Driver Regression: The bug is reproduced on version 0.9.21, 0.9.
