#180 Crop functionality?

Would be great to have the same functionalities as Pinta, but in a non-dirty language...

PS: There's been a lot of discussions/fights about SF's behaviour a while ago. Strange to see that you're still hosted here...

Crop doesn't really make sense, given Tux Paint's fixed-window size. It's not meant to eb an image editor, so much as an environment for drawing pictures. Thanks, though.
