#173 Autorepeat more scroll buttons in the program

Currently clicking and holding one of the scroll buttons only continues scrolling in the tooloptions box(brushes, magic, stamps...)

Would be nice if the scroll buttons in the Open and New dialogs behave as the ones in the tooloptions box.

Hi Ekramul,

the feature request is misslabeled, it has nothing to do with
tuxpaint-config.

It has to do with the scroll buttons in Open and New dialogs in
tuxpaint, the dialogs lives in do_open() and do_new_dialog() functions.

As for how the scroll buttons in the tooloptions box works see the lines
3839 to 3889 and the different occurrences of scrolltimer* in tuxpaint.c

Note, that at this stage of GSOC I would better focus on preparing and
presenting a very very good proposal. This year seems that there will be
so many good proposals...

The Tools (when it has scroll buttons; e.g. with 48x48 buttons in a 480px tall window) also has scroll buttons which do not auto-repeat.
