A tool to make dashed lines would be nice. For example, for drawing the flight path of a bug flying, an outline, a place to cut with scissors, etc.

With https://sourceforge.net/p/tuxpaint/feature-requests/122/ one could use any brush that has a large spacing to do this. So closing this ticket.
