#122 make the line tool work better with brushes

I was waiting for the bus on the way home from work, saw the double yellow lines on the road and thought of tuxpaint!

Argh. I upload a file and sourceforge saves the box.

The line tool works with the current brush but it doesn't do spaces in brushes very well.We can't do lines with gaps in as it ignores any gaps in the brush. Double lines only work on a handful on angles.

directional and animated brushes work but not others

Basically, we want some brushes to allow precise rotation, rather than the 8-way (plus center) ones we have now (like cat & squirrel).
