#298 Stamp text doesn't work if single line with no EOL
A user (Laura) reported that descriptions were not appearing for some user-generated stamps, and it appears to be due to the fact that the .txt files contained only one line of text (the "default" / English string), with no EOL (\n) at the end. Adding a \n corrected the issue.
Tux Paint should support stamp description .txt files that lack an EOL at the end, to avoid extra work on the part of the user.
