#202 Hat starter not paintable

I've just noticed that the starter representing a hat can't be painted :(
I supose that the SVG has to be reworked.

Also noticed some weird effects in half transparent parts of starters, mostly notizable on the Chess starter near the letters, but also on scaled ones where the edge is filled along.

Hi - there are a number of hat stamps. Can you tell us which one? (You can browse them here: http://tuxpaint.org/stamps/index.php3?cat=clothes) Also, a screenshot of the "weird effects" would be useful.

I reworked starters/hat.svg about a month ago so this part of the bug is fixed,

Attaching a screenshot of the weird effects of half transparent parts of starters, you can reproduce by painting the shadows of the Chess starter letters with a big colored brush.
As I said in the bug report that problem is most notizable there but also happens on some other starters.
