I have installed and using Tux paint. It is very helpful to the kids.I have found that there are two similar images of the paint brush X in the brushes menu which have different functionality which creates ambiguity. One is the 17th row 2nd column and the other in the last.
Looking forward for your favorable reply.
I concur. In The GIMP they add little labels (badges?) to the brush buttons in the brush selection dialog. We would need to come up with a way that makes the options of the brush obvious to children. Currently, the options include direction brushes, and animated brushes. Some brushes can be both (e.g., the animated, directional cartoon cat and squirrel brushes.)
Hello,
I am wondering if this should be a feature request instead of a bug since the brushes are working as expected?
The next release of Tux Paint introduces little badge icons that denote when brushes are animated, directional, or both. Thanks!
