#182 Stamps Resizing Instructions in documentation is ambiguous

Stamps cannot be edited and shrunk as mentioned in the document

I suppose this is more of a documentation issue. Tux Paint's Stamps controls affect the stamp you are about to place. So step 1: pick a stamp, step 2: choose its size, orientation, color, etc., step 3: place the stamp in the picture.
