in the greek version most of the tags that are used are too long(the translation is ok but the words are really long). Because of this they appear in too small letters, something that makes them almost impossible to be read and of course to understand them. could you please do something in order to make them appear in a beeter ferm?maybe if you could make them appear in a more bold type it would be better.

I uploaded a print screen to show that it is not possible to read most of the tags. at this print screen you can see the "Magic" tools but the same happens at the "Shapes" tools too.

I have contacted all of our prior Greek translators to ask if any of them can help shorten any of the strings. (Unfortunately, the way the UI is designed -- hard-coded at the moment -- it's difficult to support very long strings as labels for buttons.)

Some examples of some Slovak strings appearing unreadable, from Jozef Riha. (One example shows using \n to force word-wrapping.)

Word-wrapping automatically, if the button's label text (as a single line) would be more than 150% the width of the button. Then, scaling the button's icon if the text is so tall that they would overlap.

Greek at 48px button size is still incredibly difficult to read in many cases.

Tux Paint 0.9.33 provides support for word-wrapping on both visible hyphens ("-") and invisible soft hyphens (which will be converted to a visible hyphen ("-") at the end of the line, before the wordwrap).

Example: "Diapositives" ("Slides" button label) and "Reprodueix" (Slideshow "Play" button label) in Catalan will word-wrap as:

    Repro-
    dueix

    and:

    Diapo-
    sitives

    respectively, when necessary.

I'm hopeful that this will provide a way to improve the rendering of button labels in Greek, but will require a localizer to add the soft hyphens to the current translation strings in the el.po file.
