#6 "Unhook/New root"

"Unhook/New root" - unhook a sub-branch of somewhere in
the tree structure and build a new "document" with this
branch as root. Might be useful if someone has a branch
in a document that gets so big he'd like to stick it in
a separate document

Build index of an existing document as first page, if
it's exported into a single level document (OOo, PDF,
PS, ...)
