#5 Page Attributes

It would be useful to provide attributes to pages,
covering:

- Criticality. Is the info on the page especially
important?
- Due Dates: Should there be a time-related aspect to a
page?
- Page Dates: Creation date / Modification date
- Keywords: placeholder for future search functionality
- Notes: Comments about the data in the page
- Others as decided
