#2 Open a TuxNotebook file from the web

Provide the ability to open a TuxWorxs file from the
web. It would need to be decided if it would save the
file to a temporary space, awaiting the user to 'Save
As' the document, or if it would store it in the
temporary space and then automatically initiate the
'Save As' feature.

I see this using the HTTP protocol, possibly along with
FTP. Should be simple enough.
