#10 Remember window size on start-up

It would be a nice feature to put a set of values into
the .tuxworxrc file to remember The size of the window
from the last invocation of the application. It is
quite likely that a default size will not be the
correct size for an already opened file, if there is one.
The original application supports this functionality.
