[Tuxnes-devel] anyone with tuxnes-devel messages/patches saved?

In trying to get ahold of Joseph Coffland's fullscreen patch mentioned 
at http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=10941841 I've 
given up trying to find a copy of the message with the attached patch 
archived. Apparently SourceForge tosses file attachments?

Does anybody have a copy of this message or fullscreen patch? The "two 
joystick patch" submitted the day before and archived at
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=10929512 would 
also be appreciated. A reply from Joseph says that he's just moved and 
unable to access the files yet.
