I don't get these and it builds fine.  stdlib.h for `malloc'.

I'm not sure what todo about sound.c:883.  I think this is sounder stuff,
it should be moved there.  These are deffined in sounder_oss.c, that stuff
should be moved to sounder_oss.h so it gets included into sounder.c.

I'm not really surprised that HEAD dosen't build on 1million systems.  I
will still concentrate my efforts on the 0.75 branches/tags.  If I had
access I would post bins/debs thought.
