Nesticle for MS-DOS is still (by far) the best NES emulator.  TuxNES is the best
open-source one you can find though :- )

We definitely have to find a way to post this on SF's CVS for this
project...that way we can start contributing without our contributions getting
lost in transit.
(I previously sent a bash script for decoding/encoding gg codes but never got a
response...)
