I think it is, but I think it's the best emulator at this time.  It's only missing some features,
full screen, any others?  I think I can add support for full screen, but I would like to work
ought these other problems first.

Hopefully I can put some sort of patch together so I can ask for CVS access.

BUGS:
1. Using 2 joystics has problems in the axis code.
2. This FPS thing.
3. Better full screen suport.
4. CVS is not usable, and has been broken for some time.
