[Tuxnes-devel] PATCH: stereo sound

Hey

I've attach a small diff that allows tuxnes (0.75) to output stereo
sound.  I made this change because my work computer has a soundcard that
can only do signed, 16-bit, stereo sound.  I tried to make the changes
minimal, so it isn't an optimal solution, but it works :)
