Here's a one-line patch to the MMC1 routine so that my soon-to-be-posted
save-state-3.patch can make sense of the mmc1shc array. It should change nothing
other than removing the possibility of having an mmc1shc[] value overflow and go
negative.

It applies to unmodified 0.75 (with a significant offset) and will not conflict
with any of my other patches.
