[Tuxnes-devel] tuxnes-dc v0.1 released

Hi everyone,

I've finally released tuxnes-dc v0.1, a port of TuxNES v0.75 CVS
to the Dreamcast.  Some may yawn at the release of Yet Another Emulator, 
but I had a lot of fun with it, and it taught me a lot about the DC.
And I expect that to continue.  More code can only help us, right?
