Is it me, or does the Makefile have a problem?

So the rolling of the tarballs is messed I guess. I tried the get it
working on three different boxes, all the same problem
What do you do exactly to roll a release? I'll build a tarball here as
well and do a diff -ruN between the two and see what messes up.
Also, could you add NetBSD to the supported OS's on SourceForge?
