[Tuxnes-devel] TuxNES v0.75 is available

Hi team,
	No more running, no more hiding; TuxNES v0.75 is finally
released.

	As mentioned, this is v0.75, not v1.0. I removed the HACKING file
from the distribution due to lack of completeness. I would sure like to
get a v1.0 release out soon which includes the HACKING file and fixes for 
any other minor problems we find with this release.

	I'm off to do all of the release announcements for this version.
