[Tuxnes-devel] Version number

As soon as I have the FreeBSD build working again can we bump the
version number to 1.0?

We haven't encountered any real big problems and the code acts more
stable than most other programs I've used lately.  Plus the features
provided are quite mature.

In other words, I'm of the opinion we're past the alpha/beta development
state and are quite mature.
