The original patch fixed the bug in non-scanline,
non-doubled modes. Here's a new patch which fixes
scanline/doubled modes as well, and which also
attempts to fix 1, 4, and 24 bpp. Only 8, 16, 32
bpp are tested, but 1, 4, and 24 should work.
