It would be quite easy to modify Factoroids to display a random number
of asteroids and have the player simply count them. When the correct
number is entered, they could all be zapped simultaneously (Factoroids
in tuxmath 2.0.x introduced this cool "multizap" feature as a
powerup). We could omit the "ship" for this exercise and just show
Tux at the console.
It could also be a mod of the regular tuxmath comet zap game - omit
the comets and have groups of things fly horizontally across the
screen - the player would only earn points if the objects are
"subitated" before the group disappears.
