I finaly got a completely working build of tuxmath for windows. Tested on
WInXP. You can test it from here:

I have stolen the code for application data directory path in tuxpaint.
The option file goes to application data directory, i have open it in
notepad, modified it. That works.
David, can you merge the diff from my modified source?
Source use autoconf/automake, and some code is modified in fileops.c. Some
empty files (AUTHORS, README) are here because of automake warning.
I will think about a nsis script to make a correct installer.
