Just added a patch I noticed sitting over at sourceforge that
makes comet falling speed based on the wave, and multiplied by an
overall value (which can be altered with a new "--speed" option)
Default --speed value is 1.0. Give it 2.0 for the game to start off 2x as
fast. Give it 0.5 to start off 1/2x as fast. Etc.
