URL is https://github.com/tux4kids This is great. The school district that I work for actually blocks git access. So, it's nice to be able to generate a tarball of the latest version via the github web site. I had a lot of trouble trying to access the latest files via the alioth repository. This makes the source code more accessible to everyone. It's also nice to see things get more unified rather than having code repositories and forks in various places. Linux distributions typically have their own packages for program executables. However, are there any future plans to host executables for other systems like Windows or Mac so school districts will be able to set up Tuxmath and Tuxtype on their systems quickly and easily? Also, I've seen some talk on the schoolforge mailing list about the possibility of Tuxmath being ported to mobile devices. Thanks. Sincerely, Laura http://www.distasis.com/cpp |
