Ya actually a lot of things are still fragmented right now.  Discussion
list is one of them.

Actually there is a Tux4Kids-mentor Google group where GSoc coordination
occurs. We are using it for the past few year but we delete old threads
whenever new GSoc starts. So you wont be able to read previous years
thread.
