Hey my name is Stephen Papadatos and I would like to apply for GSOC 2015
tuxmath idea *Migrate Tux Math and t4k_common to SDL 2.0. *

I was wondering if I could get steps to set up my
development environment for tuxmath so I browse the codebase and flesh my
proposal out more before I submit it.
