[Tuxmath-devel] Typo in the INSTALL file in tuxmath.

Hi David,

In the INSTALL file under doc/ of tuxmath, the following lines has a typo.

mkdir build
cd build
autoreconf --install ..
..configure             ##Shouldn't it be ../configure? That is how it
worked for me.
make
sudo make install

Do make the change when possible.
