I attended the GSoC mentor summit this past weekend and found out about some
upcoming changes to the Code In.  We'll only be able to publish tasks at the
beginning of the contest and I think the mid point, unlike last year when we
were able to release them at any time.  So keep that in mind when putting
together your tasks.  Also melange has gotten a face lift as well, so expect
some changes there as well.
