The new tuxmath-1.9.0-win32-installer.exe is about 18 MB, which
appears to be too big to post on Alioth.  IIRC, our file size limit
was increased to 15 MB a year or two back. We can ask to move it up to
something higher. If the Alioth admins are reluctant to make another
extension for us (for *Windows* builds, at that), we could put them at
Sourceforge instead.  I'd rather stick with Alioth for philosophical
reasons, if possible.
