Hi Amos, I don't have time to reply in detail at this time, but I think this is just about the coolest thing I have seen in the time I have been working on Tux Math and Tux Typing. It is the best example I have seen of the advantages of Free software, with all the code and data in the open and available, beyond simply being available free of charge. (I run into this distinction all the time with my daughter - "Dad, look at this neat free iPhone app!" When I try to explain to her that it isn't really free like tuxmath, because it can't be freely modified, her eyes usually start to glaze over :-( ). Anyway, I would love to eventually have tuxmath be "themable". Best, David Bruce |
