[Tuxmath-devel] Tuxmath builds and runs again.

Hello everyone,

I've moved in several files from tuxtype for the menu system.  After some 
hacking, the program again builds without errors (note that I did not say 
without warnings!) and appears to run properly.  Current svn is rev 65.

None of the new code is called at run as of yet - it certainly would fail 
until the required data files are moved in.  I have to do quite a bit to it 
before it will be usable.

It should be noted that tuxmath will now require SDL_ttf to build, in addition 
to SDL, SDL_mixer, and SDL_image.
