[Tuxmath-devel] TuxMath windows installer

Hello,

A windows installer is in http://www.ycombe.net/tuxmath/. Please test.
Incomplete yet, the executable as no icon associated.

David, as configure.in/Makefile.am are not in trunk, the -3 version of
sources tar.gz contains Nsis integration. I will send you a patch when you
commit the missing files if you prefer.
