These were in there but I forgot to change the date.  I have just commited svn 
revision 10 which includes this minor update.

I have made the executive decision that we are at version 0.8, and mentioned 
it in README.txt, tuxmath.h, and CHANGES.txt.  I figure we can work on it 
some more so that version 1.0 may coincide with Etch.
