Heh, well, it should really be chmod'd properly when it gets installed!
(Either by the Makefile or by an RPM or DEB package.)

I forget, did you say you installed it from an RPM?  If so, did you get
it from my site?  If so, I can try and track down who built the RPM and
see if they can fix it. ;^)

In the meantime, I'll try to remember to check my "make install" procedure,
in case it's missing a chmod.
