Hi there!  Tux Math actually does have some very rudimentary support for
this, on the command-line.

e.g.:

  tuxmath --operator add --operator subtract


There's no way to set these to any particular ranges at the moment, though,
unfortunately. :^(


The folks at EchoStar have actually tweaked TuxMath some for use on their
DishNetwork satellite TV receiver / PVR [*], and someone there added some
GUI code to handle skill options.  They'll hopefully soon have that released
on their FTP site.  (They've been good about releasing their changes to other
GPL'd software.)
